「We found check-in straightforward, but unfortunately both rooms we were given were unacceptable. The first room’s A/C was extremely noisy, so we were moved — but the replacement still had dirty floors, a dirty/sticky TV stand, and sheets with what looked like cigarette burns. The room also smelled of mildew; the bathroom was particularly unclean and the shower curtain was covered in mildew. When I raised the issues with the front desk, the staff response was dismissive. We decided to leave early...

「The property is in need of attention. Desperately needs new carpeting going up the stairs. Needs an elevator. In the room, the ceiling had water stains where the fire detector was. Other areas need attention on the walls and ceiling. The water smelled of chlorine. The drive way needs to be wider. One way in and out and it is very narrow. One night there was a STRONG paint Oder. May have been from the truck stop behind the hotel. Lots of ways this hotel can be improved.」

「The room was dirty with damaged furniture. We would have left had there been any other viable options.」
