「It would have been helpful to know that the property was under renovation/construction prior to booking. The lobby was completely torn up. Breakfast consisted of a frozen sausage biscuit that had to be microwaved. There was no microwave in the lobby, only in the room from which we had already checked out. The room itself had fallen into disrepair- chipped paint, missing shower door that was replaced by a curtain and the towel fixture coming off the wall. All in all, not what you expect from the...

「My original reservation was supposed to be sept 5th to the 9th, instead it was made til the 8th. So a extra charge was made when they added the night of the 8th and then I was notified on the 8th. I was not happy. Got charged $80 more. No smoke alarm, roaches , shower was a hand held, hard to wash hair, need to bleach towels.」
