ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This single-story home features step-free access- There is an optional pool heat fee of $100/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). Pool heat must be requested at least 24 hours in advance for the pool to be heated for your stay. It will be heated to 82 degrees. The whirlpool saltwater hot tub has no additional fee- Lease agreement needs to be signed for 30 days or longer stays- The pool and spa operate on a timer from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM- When the pool heat is activated, the spa remains the same temperature as the pool- There is a dirt access road leading up to the property- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located at the back of the home facing the pool and hot tub, 1 camera is located on the left side of the home facing the yard and patio, 1 camera is located at the front of the home facing the driveway, 1 camera is located in the doorbell facing the front entrance, and 1 camera is located on the right side of the home facing the front of the house, the pool, and the hot tub pump. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video while guests are in residence- Children's pool floaties are available upon request
