Airport pick-up was perfection -- no hassles, everything completely professional. I arrived at 6am and told that official check-in was at 2, however, efforts would be made to have the room ready earlier. I went to the wonderful, fifteen dollar breakfast buffet and then enjoyed a massage at their world class spa while waiting. The room was ready by 10 and upgraded from the smallest room to a large suite. I have stayed here many times and am never disappointed. It is simply an oasis in the heart of Delhi .

Not only is this a gorgeous hotel, with beautiful rooms and grounds, and not only are the 2 restaurants there terrific, but the staff there is absolutely amazing.
