デリーのスキー場周辺のホテル

「ニューデリー駅徒歩10分くらいのホテルです。スタッフの対応は素晴らしいと思いました。お湯も出ます。部屋は綺麗ですが、シーツが少しカビ臭い気はしました。朝食は無料でついているはずでしたが、うまく予約できていなかったのか、追加料金を払う必要があったので、食べませんでした。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも無料で対応してもらえます。The三つ星ホテルといったところでしょうか。」

「The room was almost clean. But a little far from Main Bazaar Road. No bottled water, only water in a pot.The biggest problem was no water supply.When I arrived at this hotel in the evening, I couldn't use sink, shower, toilet. Hotel staff drew water into the big bucket. I had to use this water to flush the toilet. I don't know only this hotel was in such a situation. In the next morning, water supply was restored. Staff said it was restored on 6AM.There was not sufficient explanation. 」

「Liked that the kitchen was able to prepare food as per my needs. The front desk was very cordial, he checked on my calling a few times about my expected check in time. However, the room condition was terrible. 1. The bed cover was filthy with stains all over 2. Fridge was smelling bad. 3. AC vent was smelling If I had the option to attached bed cover picture I’d do so to validate my feedback. 」

「Highly priced food」

「The location is great, heart of Lajpat Nagar but that’s the only good thing about this hotel. The reception is unfriendly, WiFi is slow, and their was a mouse in my room. The reception does not care if you have an issue with anything. Their are cheaper hotels that have much better service. When I told the reception about how slow the internet is they said my phone is the problem but it’s not. They don’t care if you have mouse in your room they won’t change it.
