"Without a doubt, this was a 5/5 stay and property. Everything really went perfectly during the week-long stay. Incredibly organized staff, nice and quiet on my floor. Spotlessly clean in all parts of the property. And that newly redone fitness center / saunas area is like a day spa included in the price of the hotel. Just fantastic and now officially my preferred place to stay in CP (having overtaken The Imperial)"

"This hotel was amazing! Beyond accommodating and kind. They treat you like a celebrity guest as soon as you walk in. Anil and Robin were especially helpful staff…I allowed my friend to leave his bag in my room and when I wasn’t there to meet him they accompanied him to retrieve it and made sure to know exactly what he was taking. They were so pleasant and sweet. They even gave me a special farewell gift. The pool is beautiful! Rooms are exceptionally clean! The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff at The Hub was so nice and professional! My absolute favourite hotel in India!"

"The hotel is good, staff is great and helpful, breakfast is good. It is tricky to find the hotel at first but you learn the way and then that's it. The surrounding area is busy; we did not have food close to the hotel but there are options. The manager helped us to find a driver for the city tours and he is great. The room is as in the pictures; a bit smaller that expected. There is a cafe/bar in the first floor, very convenient. "

"The Novotel hotel was clean, modern, spacious and had a wonderful rooftop pool with accompanying evening bar and restaurant. We loved sitting at the rooftop bar at sunset with a cocktail. We had limited interactions with the staff as we didn't use the restaurants but those that we did speak to were really friendly. It's a good location for exploring new and old Delhi, however if I were to go back I'd probably choose somewhere closer to South Delhi, so you're somewhere slightly more green and vibrant. But that's a personal preference, rather than anything to do with the hotel itself."

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible food. The breakfast buffet featured an extensive selection of delicious dishes, catering to a variety of tastes. The restaurants and room service were equally impressive, with excellent quality and attentive service. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel valued throughout my stay.I have also stayed at The Leela in Chennai, and what stands out to me is the consistency of excellence across locations. No matter which Leela property I visit, the experience is breathtaking from the moment I walk through the doors until the time I check out.
