「Reception was an easy check in, no lift to second floor, no help with suitcase. Room was spacious and had everything I needed fan iron tea making things (no dcaff options). Breakfast was basic again no dcaff options (i did ask for dcaff t bags and was told on order) they never appeared, gluten free options very basic no GF bread, the sausage were not nice, menu choices for dinner again very poor I had chips because only option, all staff were lovely. I was at the bar one night ordering...

「The staff where very attentive, helpful, and nothing with a problem, My partner and I stayed one night for our two year anniversary, and we where giving an upgrade room, with Rose petals in the roon with a card wishing us happy anniversary. The hotel is beautiful and Is surrounded by beautiful gardens. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel especially for a special romantic break」

「The room was clean,facilities were good,breakfast was ok but service could have been better,need more choice of breakfast items as well.」

「Well worn property, one member of staff on a Sunday to cover reception, bar and any issues. Food menu more than limited. Rooms past the best although clean, dated, no air con if you go when it’s hot be aware.」
