"This hotel is a great location. Easy to drive to with a rental car. It's a bit quieter so you can walk to the real crowed areas which I prefer. The parking is not included and is 30e a day, Expedia did not mention that in booking, so disappointed. The hotel has a certain smell that was bothersome to my sinuses, but everything else as clean, it is an old building. Would recommended staying here as location is great and staff was excellent. "

"We loved our stay here. It is a cozy room in the hillside of Riomaggiore. The picture included is our view from the balcony. We could see the Mediterranean and beautiful countryside of the town. Our room was clean, had everything we needed and was in a good location. Elena gave us specific instructions on how to get there from the train station ahead of time. "Well located. All ocean view rooms. Beautiful hotel with very nice staff. There is hotel shuttle service to train station in La spezia. Taxi from La spezia station to hotel is 40 euro. Bus is cheaper but takes very long time. Italian bus!! I definitely recommend this hotel. Very lay back and comfortable place."
