The location was perfect. The space was everything you needed. The owner pays attention to the smallest of details like providing discounts at nearby restaurants to the amenities in the room including chocolates. The room is all you need as a place to freshen up, rest and restore from your journeys.

Nice size room and bathroom. Convenient to train station to Cinque Terre. Parking is a bit inconvenient as it is in the city, but overall good location. Also Frederica was incredibly helpful throughout. Check in and out is completely contactless, but she was intouch constantly checking in throughout our stay. Also providing restaurant suggestions, discounts and info to get to Cinque Terre. Very impressed by that.

Een goede en schone kamer in het centrum van La Spezia, op loopafstand van het station. De kamers liggen op de 3e verdieping en er is een heel klein liftje (2 personen of 1 persoon met bagage) waarvoor je eerst een trap op moet. Voor ons was dat geen probleem, maar ben je slechter ter been, dan is deze leuke locatie helaas niet geschikt. Er was geen ontbijt, maar wel een koelkastje en een heerlijke bakkerij aan de overkant. De eigenaar neemt voor aankomst contact op via Whats app en geeft dan gelijk heel veel informatie over de accommodatie, maar ook over restaurants en andere handige dingen.

역에서 가깝고 찾기 쉬웠다. 조용하고 깨끗하다. 방은 크지않았지만 있을게 다 있었고. 아쉬운 점은 엘레베이터 사용법이 좀 어렵고 좁다. 캐리어2개들고 성인 한명만 탈 수 있었다.

部屋が大変綺麗で快適です。駅からの道が平坦で歩きやすいです。近くに売店とスーパーがあり買い物が便利です。ホストのFedericaがとても親切で、事前にお薦めのレストランの情報やチェックインに必要な情報などWhatsappで連絡してくれました。無料のコーヒーや紅茶やクロワッサンなどを用意してくれて、ボットと栓抜きも用意されました。Wi-Fiのスピードがとても早くてUSBとCタイプの差し込み口もあります。シャワーも大変綺麗でドライヤーも用意されています。今後チャンスがあればまた泊まりたいです。

God informasjon på forhånd om innsjekking. Men litt vanskelig å finne riktig etasje dersom man tok trappa istedenfor heis. Ellers veldig moderne og fint rom. Praktisk beliggenhet med kort avstand til togstasjon og byens øvrige fasiliteter. Anbefales.

Veldig god og sentral beliggenhet, kort vei til sentrum av La Spezia med mange forskjellige restauranter, samt til togstasjonen. Rommet var greit, men manglet litt på rengjøringen. Lå igjen hår og brukte skjeer i skuffen på badet, hår i dusjen og merker på baderomsveggen. Også en del støv på sengetøyet, men greit nok. God seng. Før rengjøringen la vi håndklærne på gulvet for å få nye, slik det stod i instruksjonene. Når vi kom tilbake trodde vi at vi hadde fått nye håndklær, men vi fant ut at de gamle var brettet sammen og lagt tilbake. Trykket i dusjen var ekstremt dårlig. Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig utleier, sendte over gode instruksjoner for check-in, over forslag til spisesteder og instruksjoner over tog og cinque terre ruter. Alt i alt en grei opplevelse, men med noen mangler. Kunne bodd der igjen.

Fue muy facil de encontrar, muy bien posicionado cerca del centro y también bastante cerca del puerto. La habitación estaba en un perfecto estado, muy limpia y amplia. Si volviera a La Spezia repetiria con toda seguridad.

La scelta perfetta a La Spezia

La scelta di trascorrere una breve vacanza in questa struttura si è rivelata azzeccatissima. La camera ed il bagno privato sono spaziosi, arredati con gusto e , cosa per me molto importante, pulitissimi !!! A disposizione degli ospiti tutto l'occorrente per preparare caffè e tisane e anche questa è una gentilezza da me veramente gradita. La struttura si trova a un piano alto, ma la presenza dell'ascensore, seppur piccolo ( ed è normale essendo stato probabilmente aggiunto nel vano scale) rende agevole la salita / discesa con i bagagli. Posizione eccellente sia per raggiungere il centro e il lungomare, sia per arrivare alla stazione e prendere il treno per visitare le stupende Cinque Terre .Il valore aggiunto poi è dato da Alessandro e da sua sorella che si sono mostrati molto accoglienti e disponibili, prodighi nel dare consigli e molto gentili nel risolverci un piccolo problema avuto col parcheggio. Per tutti questi motivi lo consigliamo assolutamente a chi decide di soggiornare a La Spezia, che tra l'altro non conoscevamo ma si è rivelata essere davvero una gran bella città !!!
