There are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. You need to tell the owner the check-in time by the previous day. 「ラ・スペッツィア中央駅から徒歩で５分ほどの近さにあり、中心街のすぐ横に位置しており、とても便利です。ホテルではなく、レンタルルームなので、事前に到着時刻を知らせないといけないのが若干不便です（メールでも可）。しかし、スタッフは英語も話せるので、問題はないでしょう。リグーリアの東側の観光の起点にすることができます。」
