「First off I love the fact that every room is different well every studio or apartment is completely different I have stayed in a few and they where all different style wise. They where all very well kept and it's not a big place which makes it even better. It was quite and the people that I had seen where very polite and you don't see that very often at places around here! They where helpful when it came to not charging a resort fee if you stayed in the same room. Only thing I didn't like is...

The overall property shows signs of basic deferred maintenance and the colors and design of this room was a uninspired, but its well equipped and spacious. Can't beat the views! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would pick this property again. We prefer a place with walkable food options and this property is great for that. The attached Ocean Walk Shoppes are nice and some of the best birria tacos we've ever had are there.」

「Its a very nice condo. It is on the second floor so while you can see the ocean the dunes block your view of the beach. The master bedroom windows won't open so you cant fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves with the windows open. They appered to have screws in them to block you from opening them and enjoying the ocean breeze. The condo association is quite strict with a lot of rules. Nice pools and amenities. Beautiful beach.」

The unit is nice and as described and pictured the only thing that would be nice is if there was a place for hanging garments as the closet is locked. The amenities of the building itself are non existent everything was closed for repairs which was disappointing.」

「I was totally wowed by this VRBO condo! Check in and arrival was a breeze. Place was super clean and spacious. Had all the amenities you could ask for. Pool and Ormond beach access. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. The owner supplied beach towels, bath towels, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella and most all toiletries you would need for a beach visit! I really appreciated that all the rooms had fans to keep me cool. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this VRBO and would definitely love to come back!...

「The Arya Blu is a good place to syay. You are always greeted with a smile and treated courteously by all staff. If you need anything at all just notify the staff and theyvwill assist you. One of the better places to stay if you want a relatively inexpensive va ation. Right on the beach. Has a nice pool. You can walk to a lot of the locals places. FUN AND AFFORDABLE! Can't be beat.」
