"My best friend and I initially made reservations at Eden Rock through a third-party booking site because the rooms were not the same as Nobu Miami, we approached the front desk Manager, Nora, to inquire about the possibility of canceling our reservation and transferring to Nobu. Both the Eden Rock and Nobu teams, especially manager Nora and Sheldon, handled our request with exceptional professionalism and courtesy. We are looking forward to our next visit! The property is stunning, with the spa being a particular highlight. We also can't overlook how accommodating Joshua at the Nobu front desk was during our stay.
