The Space:
This apartment does not have an in unit washer and dryer. However there is several options within a block walking distance.

Guest Access:
This aprtment is underneath private offices and it has the added security of being within the closed gate of those offices for both parking and the unit itself.

Amazing place. Close to all cedar springs nite life. Easy access. Apartment was well maintained and is beautiful. Excellent for 2 couples with small spaces to rest and relax. Loved the place!! Will stay here again!!

Even though it states it doesn’t have a washer and dryer it can really use one, especially if you’re staying for more than three or four days with family or kids. It’s an inconvenience just to have to go to the laundromat. It is under an office building so there’s no other apartment near you. It’s deceiving in the location. There’s no swimming pool no other amenities there. I didn’t feel very safe at night and overall it was OK, but I think it could definitely have some better advertisement on the actuality of the place and where it’s located. I wouldn’t walk my kids around there at night. Also the WiFi went down a few times. Took a little to get it back up and running. They definitely needed more towels since they’re was no washer and dryer. The place was spacious and clean. Nice size kitchen. If it had a washer and dryer. I would have given it a better rating.

I want to preface this with a compliment .. The space was great. Bright clean simple design . No clutter . Easy safe entry . Gated parking spot. The management was a mess , from pre arrival deposit payment process where their website was useless I finally had to call to make the deposit, to the return of deposit. There were only 2 towels for 4 people for a 12 day stay. Three days later housekeeping showed up. They gave me their number so mid stay I arranged a cleaning and paid directly . 8 days after leaving still no returned deposit refund. Then I got 432.71 back with no explanation of charges . This did not match the cleaning fee we paid so vrbo resolved the issue directly with me really fast but it was an annoying thing . The communication thru text on vrbo during our stay was 24 hrs at best . Pmi big tex management was very disorganized. But IT WAS A LOVELY COMFY CLEAN SPACE.

Very nice stay

Overall it was clean and very nice! I loved the style of the place and it was nicely located around a ton of stuff. The area was a little sketchy though… but I am thankful that it was gated. Would stay here again though!!

Convenient Location for Family Visit in Dallas

The property was just as described on the website. Everything was neat, clean, and well-organized. The location was perfect for my family visit, as it is not far from my high-rise home. My only negative would be the parking situation. It is necessary to back out of the parking area into 2 lanes of oncoming traffic. I found this to be stressful to avoid any collision. The rear of the property had several unused parking spots that were part of the property, with access to and from the rear alley. This would be an ideal place for the guest car to park. Otherwise, it was a perfect place for my family to stay.

High Quality Experience at a Fair Price

This stay checked all boxes for the vacation I planned in Dallas. Checkin experience is straightforward, secure, and the available parking made this smooth. The unit is also secure, very clean, cozy, and modern - with lots of room to settle into (for a group of 4). The property manager was very good about communicating with me through the Vrbo app - answering questions even after our stay was over, and providing easy to follow instructions on checkin and checkout. Overall fantastic experience, I would recommend for anyone coming to Dallas to explore the city.

Great Rental - Lovely Remodel

I was in town for business and this was the perfect set-up. Comfortable and very clean accommodations; property management company was responsive and very easy to work with. Location/access to Uptown within 5-10min. Would recommend this location and will stay here again if business or personal travel takes me back to Dallas.

Great place to stay

Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend! This VRBO was perfect for us. We loved the furnishings and decor, and also that basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryer were provided. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for us!

Very nice, newly updated and modern condo. Convenient to all areas we needed to go. Comfortable bed and all of the amenities. My only suggestion is to provide cream and sugar with the coffee. Loved our stay.

Great stay

It was perfect for our short term stay! Apartment was exactly as shown and described. We loved the security of the unit as it’s not grouped with a bunch of other units and you are completely enclosed. There’s one other unit above it, but it was unoccupied while we were there. Beds were amazing, towels were so nice and we were thankful there was a fan in the spare room. The spare room is extremely cold while the master was definitely not as cool, so we used the fan in the master. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to everything! Thank you Marco for being an amazing host!
