「The biggest problem is they charge $10 per person for a TERRIBLE breakfast. Also, ice machines were not working and when I asked for ice they gave me half a cup. Is there an ice shortage around there? I mean COME ON. I need more ice than that! It was like I was asking for their kids teeth or something. Property is under-construction. 「The lady that checked us in was nowhere to be found when we arrived. I was worried she was abducted! Checked the hallways and administrative office! Waited ten minutes. No where or no one to be found!!Check the security cameras! Then she copped an attitude. Marriott does not need employees like her ANYWHERE in customer contact positions. She begrudgely offered the three of us one bottle of water AFTER she found out we were Bonvoy Gold members!」

「The photos they have are misleading. It has rooms faced outside. They gave us a room that had not been cleaned. There were bugs all around the floor, all on the tables, all over the bed! We even video LIVE bed bugs crawling on the bed! It is not clean and needs to be removed from this platform. Nobody should stay there unless it’s the LAST option and your life is in danger. Rather stay in the car! 」
