"The whole place was clean, though we didn't use the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. The ONLY issue was an gaseous odor by the elevators and back door. The staff explained it, but there should be a way to get rid of it. Breakfasts were tasty, hot, and had variety. We will be back next trip to the area. "

"The room appeared clean, however we arrived late and went to bed. Woke up this morning and saw stains on the sheets which was disgusting. Also the hanging light in the room was lovely but have no idea how to turn it on, nor could we figure out how to turn on the lamp on the desk. "

"The floors were dirty and all of the dishes and silverware had to be washed before we could use them. We had to purchase knives because there was not a sharp one available. We also had to purchase towels and pillows with cases. The master bed had a foul odor and the sheets and pillowcases had holes in them. The rugs in the family room had an odor like a dog had been there.The sliding glass door was almost impossible to lock. We felt unsafe. All of the outdoor furniture was torn and ripped- we could not use that either.The noise from the road in front of the house was extremely loud all day and night.It was quite an uncomfortable experience unfortunately."

"They wouldn't let me extend my room bc someone said I was selling drugs to kids which is not true and I wasn't even at the hotel that day I was gone all night and come back to some weird accusation like that. Unprofessional and liars. "
