「We had an overall excellent stay with great customer service. We checked in, put stuff in our room and went to our event. When we came back the room was hot, the AC not working. We went downstairs and they immediately gave us another room just across the hall. Theres a decent little breakfast as well. 」
「Have been three times before. Hotel itself is clean and staff wonderful, but area around hotel continues to be a mess with construction and inconvenient entrance. Close to my son’s home and will continue to stay at this property 」
「this is a good hotel if you are needing something next to Baylor Med hospital. It is a little expensive and they charge for parking in a normal parking lot next to the hotel. The free breakfast was excellent however. When I checked in there was no remote for the tv. The next day I asked again and they stated they would bring one while I was at the hospital. They never did. Not a huge issue but they need to pay attention to small things like that. 」
「Check in at first was a bit confusing, particularly since i tried to check in early. But once i was able to get in touch with Al, the GM, everything went great!
