"Basic for the price. It is on a road that gets traffic noise. Cereal, pancakes, scrambled eggs and sausage, toast and muffins for breakfast 6-9.Not bad but we were there at 8 and they did not refill anything. No fruit Loops in the big huge container and barely andy eggs left. Rooms updated but bathroom door did not shut and couple holes in the sheets. You may have dogs for an additional $20 each per day, however there is NO grass for them to go potty only gravel/rocks. The gravel parking overflow area was filthy with trash all over the ground, half eaten food, drink cans and lots of cigarette butts everywhere."

"I pre-booked a king bed. Upon arrival and checking when we got to our room it was a single double bed. Nothing was said when we checked in. We went back to the front desk and was told there were no more king rooms and there was nothing he could do! We did not stay"

"We were in town for a wedding at Magnolia Plantation. The house is beautiful inside. Very well stocked with coffee pods, and anything you would need in the bathroom or kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The driveway is kinda steep, but we knew that going in. We were able to navigate it with no problems. Our host was most gracious. I appreciate her reaching out a couple days before our stay. We would definitely use again!"

"We enjoyed aspects of our stay, but wanted to note an important discrepancy for future guests.The listing and house materials indicated that kayaks and a canoe were available for use, which was a major factor in our decision to book. However, during our stay, we learned from the host that these amenities had been removed. And the house materials were not updated. This was disappointing, as we specifically chose this property with those features in mind. I would encourage future guests to confirm amenity availability in advance. Overall, the home itself was clean, but we hope the listing is updated to accurately reflect what is currently available."

"Its a cute place. However, the cleanliness was not the best, especially the bathroom. There was hair in the shower, the toilet wasnt flushed, there was dried urine at the base of the toilet. Couldve had better towels. The ones there looked like their personal old towels. We purchased our own towels and left a day early."
