Beautiful, quiet and felt like being at home except with a beach! The only downside is booking with Expedia you do not get daily maid cleaning services.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding several issues we experienced during our recent four-day stay at your property. We chose Fontainebleau expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, several of the amenities in our room were not working properly. Our Jacuzzi tub was not working, which was especially disappointing because this was one of the amenities we were looking forward to enjoying during our stay. In addition: The dryer did not properly dry our clothes after we visited the pool. The television in the bathroom was not working. The ice maker was not working. A maintenance employee came to our room regarding the ice maker and told us that we should have ice within approximately an hour. Unfortunately, we never received ice from the machine during our entire four-day stay. These were not minor inconveniences when considered together, especially given the level of accommodations and service we expected when booking our stay. We paid for a room with certain amenities and reasonably expected those amenities to be functional. We would appreciate management reviewing our stay and considering appropriate compensation or a partial refund for the amenities that were unavailable or unusable throughout our visit. We did receive 75.00 credit, but also had unexpected charges (resort fees), Stated was for using the pool which should have been included in the stay.. This isn't my first stay, but this stay wasn't what was expected .

I like the property,but the rooms are very small, and the bathroom is the size of a typical cruise ship bathroom.
