Although he confirmed there was no signal, he claimed this was 'normal' due to weather conditions. I pointed out that my friend in the adjacent room had no issues streaming, and the televisions in the hotel bar were functioning perfectly. Rather than investigating further, the staff member simply shrugged and stated there was nothing he could do. I found this lack of troubleshooting and dismissive attitude quite disappointing.""
