"I stayed here prior to and after a Salkantay trekking experience. I was blown away by the fantastic hospitality shown to me by Miguel. I received a complimentary airport pick up and as well as a couple of bottles of complimentary drinking water. I was able to get a kettle in my room upon request, which I greatly appreciated. Miguel was very responsive to any questions I asked during my stay and booked a taxi for me to the airport upon concluding my time in Cusco. I highly recommend staying here....

What stood out most was the helpfulness of Alexander, who went out of his way to assist and arrangements, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, close to the main sights also appreciated the cozy ambiance and personalized service throughout the stay. "Set up ride to hotel was easy thru hotel. They had nice hot water showers. Takes over a minute to get the hot water but it worked. Breakfast was good. Simple. Not far from centro and all the things you want to see in centro cusco. I would stay there again. "

"This was easily one of the best places I have ever stayed! The staff was so sweet and accommodating. We had an issue with our flights and ended up getting into Cusco 4 hours before our scheduled check in, but they let us check in anyways and let us get breakfast. It is perfectly located where it’s not too far from the Plaza de Armas but not too close. It sits a pretty steep walk uphill, but I honestly preferred it because the view from our window looked over all of Cusco. It’s stunning!"
