This is a very nice and well located hotel, in a beautifully restored colonial building. Staff is brilliant: friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Good breakfast too. Great value overall. What’s not to like!

Great location, staff is so helpful and friendly! Rooms are very clean, very comfortable beds. Low cost to do laundry and they stored our suitcases for free when we went to Machu Picchu.

The hotel had a really cute and charming interior. Our room was always cleaned very well, and it was so nice coming back to a fresh, clean, great-smelling room after a long hike or a full day of exploring. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. The main downsides were that the shower took quite a while to heat up—we sometimes had to let the water run for about 15 minutes before it reached the right temperature. The Wi-Fi also became very spotty on our last day. The walls and ceilings are quite thin as well, and we could hear footsteps and movement from the guests staying above us. This could get pretty loud early in the morning, likely when people were getting ready to leave for excursions. The bed is definitely on the firmer side, which I personally didn’t mind, but it’s something to consider if you prefer a softer mattress. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and really appreciated the cleanliness, helpful staff, and delicious breakfast.

Staff was friendly, rooms cleaned everyday. The staff came and helped us on first day because we were suffering from altitude. They had an amazaing breakfast. We were a large group of 22 people.
