「The room was out dated and it had a roach problem. The moment I entered I saw roaches as I closed the door. I had no choice staying there because I had a day surgery and I didn’t have time to find another room. The toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to pour water in it just to get it to flush. I would not recommend this place at all. I was worried about bed bugs all night. I told the manager at checkout and he says we don’t have any of those issues. 「My biggest takeaway from my stay was two things. The first thing that I noticed was no one asked me for my Hilton's rewards number. I am a member and I love staying at Hilton, but after my check and I realized that I wasn't asked was I a member. Unfortunately I did not receive any of the perks that Hilton rewards members get for my stay. The next day I went to front desk to tell them that I was rewards member when the staff just said, oh okay, and that was the end of the conversation about that....
