「I truly would not recommend this hotel at all. I hate to have to write a poor review but it warrants it. The hotel is not well maintained, the room had a musty smell, the property itself was a mess. There were people just hanging out and around the property and it just didn’t feel safe and secure.」

「Thank you.」

「Exceeded our expectations. Our room was facing the Marina and the sound. It was bright and so welcoming and comfortable. The staff was gracious and helpful. A delicious breakfast was included as well as wine and cheese in the afternoon. We took advantage of the complimentary pontoon ride down the Niantic river which was wonderful. The location was great for wandering to Mystic and even into Rhode Island which we did . We would like to return some day!」

「The rooms were very clean. It is close to everything Mystic. I highly recommend staying here.」

「Very comfortable, extremely clean. William was friendly and helpful.」

「Everything was great just two things I would complain about 1 was the tv would not have volume for like the first 10 minutes or so and could not turn off or on with the tv remote for some reason and 2 wish the toilet paper was a better quality besides that everything was great」
