"Didn't try the breakfast. The room was very nice, do wish the bed was a little bit softer, however the linens and pillows on bed was great. Loved the bathroom and the amenities were clean and stocked. Staff was very polite and kind. They greated you with a smile each time you pass by or step to the front desk. Parking was great and felt safe. Will stay again if chance presents itself again. "

"It was nice the room came with a mini kitchen, however, there were no pots/pans/utensils available. The room was very clean though and shampoo/conditioner was available in the shower. "

"They cancelled my reservation and while they offered to rebook at a Hyatt for us I had to mar at least three phone calls to finally receive my rebooking reservation! I am extremely upset because I chose the hotel specifically for its location and I booked back in October of 2025! Then they cancel the two days before I am to arrive’ seriously! The lame excuse was technical issues which allowed for overbooking! I booked in October! Why did I get moved and then the other hotel was another half hour farther from my destination! I expect better from Springhill Suites! "

"Everyone in my family loved the White Gate Farm Inn! The owner and host, Pauline, greeted my daughter warmly upon arrival so check in was flawless. The rooms were all clean, comfortable and well appointed. The shower pressure was plentiful with plenty of hot water. These are the basics of what makes for a great stay. In addition however, the very large kitchen was of great use in preparing our holiday meal and the lovely and large sitting and dining room made for cozy gathering spaces. We enjoyed family chats by the fire, strolls on the grounds to visit the chickens and rapid fire games of backgammon. On Saturday we shopped for savory and sweet treats in the charming little shop. My family all agreed that we had found a true gem. "
