「We booked online with Expedia for one night stay with the breakfast included . We tried multiple times to connect with the Reception with our phone no success , since our phone in the room wasn’t working. 「立地よく、旧市街のどまんなか、観光に申し分ないロケーションでした。施設はアパートメントとしては、まあ清潔です。シャワーは2人使用でギリギリの湯量、最後は水に。朝食はボリュームは十分でした。場所柄しょうがないかなと思うけど、価格は他の都市では5つ星ホテルクラスの水準でした。」

「立地条件は最高。ビーチに近く、地域も小綺麗。他方、駐車場からホテルのレセプションまでの道順は極めて分かりにくい。事前にメールなどで道順を教えて欲しかった。また、電話での照会に対する説明も丁寧さに欠ける。 ホテルは清潔だが、値段の割に飲み水の提供がない、ヘアドライヤーがないなどの配慮が足りないと感じた。」

「Booking a small room with a balcony / park view got us a huge balcony with a view of the park and the port. The facilities are impeccable, and the location cannot be beat: at the start of the Makarska promenade and 50 meters to the beach. Breakfast is good, enjoyed the jacuzzi and the mini saunas.」

「Overall stay was good. The staff are kind and friendly. The 4 start room needs thorough cleaning. Full with spider web, ant and crab louse. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and activities. Good for family holiday with little chil」

「Check in was bad. Arrived at 10am. Said they would call/text us. Hung around on the resort. 3pm still no call. We go to reception, room not ready. “Wait a few minutes”. 1 hour later still not ready. Finally “ready” after 4pm. We go to the room and wait another 15 minutes while the cleaners finish. When the room was finally “ready” they forgot their broom after rushing out.
