"This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."

"A fantastic apartment in the centre of Rovinj. Had all the essentials, comfortable, quiet, good a/c and clean. The communication was amazing nothing was a problem. The roof top terrace is worth the price alone, though the steps maybe a problem for some but worth it. Would absolutely happily stay agai reasonable price (€7 a day) parking 10 mins away."

L'appartamento scelto è molto piccolo ma con un bel poggiolo, questo non lo consiglio per chi ha cani di piccola taglia perché il poggiolo può essere pericoloso. Gli spazi sono piccoli ma ben sistemati e la cucina è completa per fare colazione o piccoli pasti. Vicino ci sono molti parcheggi liberi e il mare è proprio a 5 minuti. Dato che la Croazia ha questi problemi consiglio o un telo per la grandine o un'assicurazione."

Lone Hotel by Maistra Collection

"Hotel Lone is certainly a beautiful property, surrounded by greenery and in a wonderful location in Rovinj. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but despite its official 5-star rating, I personally felt the experience was closer to that of a very good luxury 4-star hotel. For me, the main issue is the interiors. The rooms feel quite dark and would benefit from a renovation to bring them more in line with today’s 5-star standards. What I liked least was the extensive use of carpeting, from the hallways all the way into the guest rooms. In my opinion, it makes the interiors feel heavier and somewhat dated rather than fresh and sophisticated. The breakfast area could also use more attention to detail. I found the tables and overall presentation rather basic and visually underwhelming for a hotel of this category. At a 5-star property, I would expect a more refined and polished breakfast setting. That said, Hotel Lone remains a very pleasant and clean property with a beautiful location, distinctive architecture, and lovely surroundings. With a thoughtful renovation of the rooms and corridors, along with greater attention to some of the finer details, it could deliver a much more convincing contemporary 5-star"

"The staff was some of the best we have ever had! Each of them were so kind and helpful. Loved the Balbi restaurant around the corner for breakfast. Loved the golf cart pick with our luggage. Our room was so clean and decorated with modern features. It had everything we needed, I wanted to stay longer. The location is a 3 minute walk to the central plaza of Rovinj. The staff was helpful in restaurant recommendations and reservations. LOVED the Melegran!"

"Nice place, clean room and excellent location. Apartment was nice, however, we were on the top floor with a terrace which was described as a 'private terrace', but the room next door had access across our terrace. If the door to the two top rooms (15 & 16) was left open, we found people who had booked rooms without a terrace using our terrace. This happened on three separate occasions and got quite frustrating. You are dependant on your neighbour remembering to close the door, but this could be resolved easily with a sign on the door to the two apartments saying 'private terrace'."
