「非常に親切に対応して頂き、快適に宿泊できました。階段が非常に多い旧市街ですが、その中では立地が良く、４歳の子供連れでも楽しく街歩きをすることができました。ありがとうございました。」

「アーティスティックなホテルでした。ドゥブロヴニク旧市街の中心部に位置しているのでどこに行くにも便利でした。旧市街にあるホテルの中ではアクセスもいい方だと思います。ピレ門から徒歩約５分です。私たちは大きなスーツケースを二つ持っていたので、階段の上り下りを心配していましたが、ピレ門からならコースを間違わなければ５段だけ階段を上れば後は普通に転がして移動できました。 私の妻が部屋に指輪を忘れてしまったのですが、こちらから問い合わせをする前にホテルから忘れ物の確認メールが届き、先日無事に国際郵便で受け取ることができました。本当に感謝しています。このホテルに泊まって本当に良かったと思います。Matijaさんありがとうございました。」

「The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and very quiet, but in a wonderful central location. The staff was very helpful, very kind and the breakfast included was delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It was also helpful to be able to arrange a driver from the airport through the hotel, who was also wonderful.」

「The location is fantastic—just a couple of minutes' walk from Pile Gate, making sightseeing, dining, and nightlife super convenient. Check-in was very smooth! However, be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs, as there is no elevator. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn't working well, making the room very hot and uncomfortable (as other reviews have mentioned). I'd recommend this place if you want a prime location, but perhaps best avoided during the hot summer months.」
