気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備
The property is not as pictured online. It is fairly grubby and in a poor state of repair. As a family of five, we stayed in a two bed apartment but there was only four chairs and four of everything else in the kitchen. Under the beds was filthy and a large tree outside made the inside dark & dingy. When we asked for our room to be cleaned the only visible improvement was the bin having been emptied. There was an unexpected charge for the sun beds on the beach but there were no signs advising of this and it appeared they were part of the hotel.
The kitchen was poorly equipped with only one small and one enormous saucepan which made cooking for ourselves difficult. There was no oven or grill or coffee making facilities beyond a kettle. The cost of our stay for 4 nights was substantial, and I do not consider this value for money, and it’s definitely not a four star resort, as advertised.
The location is beautiful and the walk into the old town of Korcula is accessible. My suggestion would be to stay elsewhere if you’re looking for proper 4 star accommodation & service.
