Sitting on the front porch, watching the sun creep over the rolling hills, the pencil cypress dotting the landscape, a cacophony of birds including a scop owl and the hoopei, hard to explain the magnificent sensory experience. "Carmela’s home was so wonderful! The location was gorgeous, the home was full of beautiful details, and Carmela was an incredible host. She brought toys for our little boy to play with and they provided a crib and high chair. The grounds have fruits and veggies you can pick. She booked us dinner at a wonderful restaurant and set up a cooking class for us that was really fun. We loved it here!"

"My wife and I stayed at Agriturismo Borghetto il Montino 5 nights in September and had a wonderful time. The facilities and staff were wonderful. Our room was very clean with good A/C and WiFi, small refrigerator. Outside was a small sitting area. Rooms will be different depending what you book, but I am sure they are all great. There is a pool (not heated but was still warm enough in September to use), courtyard where meals are served and lovely grounds to walk or sit. The location in Rapolano...

"Owners were very kind and accommodating. The place is lovely. Rooms were clean! Far from the city train station so you’ll need to arrange transportation if you don’t have a car. "

"Maria, the host, was very friendly and helpful. It was really hot so a couple of fans would have been great. Also, be careful the address listed on the Expedia site is not the real address. We were tired with the drive and that was the last thing we needed. After calling the host we got the correct address and made it safely."

"Very good accommodation, and very friendly, helpful staff--a family of husband, wife and daughter. We arrived late and very tired from a long walk, and though the kitchen was closed were given a good meal in the outdoor hut near the rooms. The pool looks out over a vast and beautiful valley. Only--minor--drawback: the nearby town is quite small, and in fact one does need a car to do anything. "

The property manager is extremely responsive and helpful, and went as far as stocking groceries prior to our arrival and preparing dinner for us the first night.
