「受付の対応はスマートで淡々としていましたがこちらの要求や回答は的確だったと思います またUSBソケットの貸し出しもわざわざ別部屋から持ってくるなど親切で丁寧な対応でした ありがとうございます 休息を取るには十分な部屋だったと思います それに対してもありがとうございました」

「The thing that sold me on this place was the pictures of the pool; unfortunately the pool was green and disgusting and no running water in the water slide is a safety hazard. We went to a near by Lake instead. There was boogers on the wall if our room as well and the breakfast selection is poor」

「Such a cute little lodge! We only stayed for one night, so we didn’t get a chance to make use of the hot tub or laundry, but I loved that it was an option! Room & front desk were clean, cozy and modern. The digital guide for the lodge’s amenities was thorough and helpful. The staff were very kind, helpful and accommodating; they were able to change my Expedia booking and get me the room a day early. I also appreciate the ability to text or email with a quick response. Thank you for a great stay!」

「The shower was the only thing I wished could change. it took quite some time for the hot water to work and then it would be hot and then it would turn cold and that happened for my five minute shower everything else was great.」
