「今回は友人の故郷に遊びに行きました。 近くに以前はモーテルしかなかったようですが、こちらのホテルは綺麗で快適に過ごせました。5泊しましたが、ランドリーも24時間使用でき、朝食もついていて便利でした。近くは向かいにTim Hortonsがあり、車で3分くらいにスーパーがあります。 部屋に電子レンジがあり、良かったです。 スタッフも感じが良く清掃もきちんとしていました。」

「I had visited Cranbrook three times from Japan and always choose this hotel. This hotel has so comfortable rooms with modern facilities with reason able accommodation fee. Also, compliment Wi-Fi connected so smoothly and this helps not only tourist but business person. Staff is I very helpful and friendly so I strongly recommend to stay this hotel when you are in Cranbrook. 」

「We were not aware that there was a bar under the hotel until after we had booked and committed. Our confirmation email said that we could expect it to be loud until 1 AM. We weren’t actually disturbed by the bar itself, but the drunk patrons that were in the next room didn’t go to sleep until about 5 AM and the building is not very soundproof. We did make it for check in in time to go into the lounge for Greek night and we had a wonderful supper. Did not find the bed comfortable both because it...

「The only complaint I have is the window wasextremely dirty and hard to look out of. Steep stairs. If you have problems with stairs this place isnt for you. You could call and see what accommodations they could make for you. the staff seem very helpful. 」

「Large unit with convenient parking. Full kitchen was nice, loft TV did not work. Tried to go for breakfast one morning and told server we did not have a lot of time but took way too long so ended up leaving. 」

「Check-in was super easy and quick as we had given all info needed when we reserved thru Expedia. The room was ready so we were allowed to check-in early which was handy. There was no coffe/tea in the room but a very nice station just outside the door in a central location. The hot tub was a nice temp but I'd like to see the water a bit clearer. Parking was good and a there is very nice restaurant right next door ...Casey's Community House!」
