"The room looked like it hadn’t been fully cleaned before we arrived. There was an empty beer can on the balcony full of cigarette butts. The balcony had cigarette ash all over the ground. The towels in the room had what looked like makeup all over them. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. ..."
