「Older building but charming. No hand soap in bathroom. Toilet kept running. Comfortable beds. Helpful polite staff. Convenient location within walking distance to many restaurants and activities. Would stay again.」

「Clean amd modern with the most helpful staff. There is a easy going Cafe next to lobby if you're desperate. We wanted a nice meal so chose the Southern Tail Taphouse. 10 min drive and OMG, food and live music were amazing!!!!!」

「Staff was really nice & respectful/quick. The room was clean but needs updating and there were cigarette burns on the duvet & couch. The bottom of the tub was not stained & some of the fixtures needed to be replaced (switches in the bath) and the safe was hanging sideways on the wall. Overall it wasn’t the worst but definitely needs some work but it was convenient w/a great price and good for a quick stay. 」

「Nicely located for visit to downtown area. Many wonderful restaurants nearby, including Quirk's own. Coffee bar in lobby is convenient. I liked that they offer RO water on each floor, but if it's down (as it was for our stay), no supply is available in the room. After 10pm call to the desk, no replacement water was offered. (The tap water was strangely solvent-like in taste and aroma.) The faucet is poorly placed and water ends up on the counter. No ventilation is available for the bathroom, so...

「If I stated everything I loved about the property I’d be here forever, only negatives I have are the toilet in my room was leaking when I got there, which was fixed asap but then it would continuously try to fill the tank with water and I’d have to manually drop the lid after each use. 2 I never got a WiFi password and the cable signal was poor, with and without the storm. Minor inconveniences, excellent service of I go anywhere else with a graduate in town I will be staying there 」

「Funky concept but didn't delight. Lobby and staff were fun. Color palette was cool. No breakfast. A/C only came from one side of the room, while the bed was on the other side of a wall so poor airflow. Felt a bit more like a dorm than a hotel if that's the vibe you want - try it 」

「Very good location and good price. Free shuttle service to the airport and from the airport. Fridley staff . Great location. I recommend it and I will definitely stay there again.」

「I arrived Airport in late evening but it is very easy to get there from Airport. Just 3min from Parking lot. Price is perfect for just sleeping. (I also left hotel very early morning) There are many of cigarette burn on the room floor. Was there smoke free facility? 」
