"Clean rooms, has everything you need in the room. Parking was good breakfast was good plenty of food to choose from. I was on the 3rd floor so it was quiet. I would recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The hotel was not what i remembered it to be when i was in school in the late 90’s. Staff was excellent however the hotel is in dire need of renovations. It was fairly clean however the fixtures and furniture were outdated."

"Advertised a smart tv which it did not have. The bed was about the same as sleeping on a cold rock. Staff and everything else was great! "

"Staff was incredibly friendly and the location was convenient to everything in the Opryland area. This is an old hotel that has been refurbished so keep that in mind when considering a stay here. The sheets must have been from the “original” hotel prior to being refurbished because they were covered in pills (cheap fabric bumps). So gross! And the odor in the room was very mildewed."
