"Stayed at this hotel for anmixnof business and mini getaway. The room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee maker. All in excellent condition. Breakfast was included and was better than many places I have stayed in. There was ample and small changes daily along with the staples. Nothing to complain about and the coffee was excellent. Note coffee was available 24/7. Overall the property is in spectacular condition. Anyone that thinks differently is just wanting high-end desires on a low budget. Congratulation to the Best Western for excellent amenities and room sizes, for a decent budget friendly price band. Location was what I needed and I even walked to and from the mall (about 25 min walk if you're average speed) and Grand Ole Opry a few times. I enjoyed the walk and got to see more of the area because I wasn't rushing in a car. 100% recommend "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and attentive. We didn’t use any of the amenities such as gym and pool but they were available and appeared clean. Our only complaint would be about the loudness of the bathroom water when turned on and the tub nearly filled up while showering, so there was definitely a drainage problem."

"Breakfast was mediocre. The pillows were an atrocity and they charged me three dollars for a bottle of water without any complementary waters when you walk in. The room in the cleanliness and the hotel were very nice Parking can be limited on busy nights, especially for any larger vehicle"
