「We stayed in the first floor suite with the private bathroom and it was great. The building was built in 1910 so it’s like living in a small apartment in Chelsea a block from Penn Station. It is quiet, clean and has the basic amenities you’ll need. I would suggest bringing extra pillows or towels (we bought some at Macy’s) but the bed was comfortable. 「I read the mixed reviews and chose Macaw Guesthouse anyway - I am glad that I did. It was a reasonable option in expensive New York City and it was as described. Charming hosts who went out of their way to welcome me and ensure that I was comfortable. Short walk to transportation options and dining options nearby. Highly recommend and would stay again. 」

「There’re some restaurants and grocery stores near from the motel. The room was clean, service was not so bad, but there was almost no Wi-Fi, that was the only problem.」

「Stayed here for the weekend. Room was suitable and clean. The neighborhood was a little rough but nothing too concerning. Very close to the airport. The person on the phone made it very easy to check in and out. I have no complaints, would definitely return to this place the next time im in town」

「At first it started off rocky. Thought I could check in at 3pm although I told them I would arrive around 5pm. That’s on me. Long story short 1st room I got was not serviced got the 2nd room real quick. Overall it gives you a college experience with the bathroom and showers outside the room. I enjoyed it. 」

「The property was clean well cared, there's a full kitchen available on site, and 3 bedrooms each with their own key. The price made a good option on budget as I wasn't going to be doing much in Manhattan so just really needed a place for spending the night till my next flight. An uber from the airport was $13 which was nice. From the property, I was able to get to Manhattan and back in about 50 mins by taking the bus 107 which was about 8 blocks away and a few dollars, so it was very convenient....

"タイムズスクエアがすぐそこで、もちろんミュージカル、美術館やセントラルパークなど、とても生きやすかったです。朝ごはんも持ち帰りでしたらフリーでヨーグルトかチーズバーガーなどを、選ぶことができます。部屋にはスタバのコーヒーと水も2本おいてくれてます。"

"NYのペン駅近郊にしては比較的安価でした。良かった点、①立地:ペン駅まで徒歩6分ほど。いろいろなところに行くのに便利かつ観光客が多いエリアなので夜でも外を歩いてもあまり不安がない(ホームレスはいますが)、②ホテルの綺麗さ清潔さ:よく清掃された部屋で、毎日の清掃も良い。シャワールームも含めて綺麗。部屋が狭いという口コミが多く、それは事実だが、コスパを考えればやむを得ない、③屋上にルーフトップバーがあり、バーも素敵だし景色も素敵(エンパイアviewなどの高層階を選べば部屋からの景色も良い) 楽しみにしていたチェックインのクッキーが貰えなかった点は残念です。"
