"Front desk staff not helpful, 2 separate housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very dated and our tub didn’t drain well. The location was perfect for our needs and the area is very nice and very safe. Overall it’s just ok but who books a trip to NYC to sit in a hotel room?"

"The location is perfect, it’s not in the middle of Times Square so you don’t really hear all the noise. The breakfast every morning was perfect, but it gets crowded, so keep that in mind. Overall very good for the location and breakfast..! Great staff"

"I loved the stay in this hotel, the staff were all very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the shower needs grips because it is very slippery, and the halls smelled a little musty and old. No room service but there are 3 restaurants to choose from inside the hotel- TickTock diner was amazing every time we ate there. I would definitely stay here again if I come to NY!"
