"I booked two rooms for my family, and our stay was a complete nightmare. We changed rooms more than three times, and every single one was dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. We dealt with holes in the walls, dirty showers with hair in the drain, stained curtains, broken TVs, deteriorating ceilings, and even someone else’s personal belongings left behind.
The hotel does a poor job maintaining cleanliness, upkeep, and controlling the environment on the property. Large groups of unsupervised teenagers were running through the halls, screaming late at night, and crowding the lobby and elevators. One night there was a girl sobbing loudly outside our room, and on another night kids were yelling that they didn’t care if people were trying to sleep. The elevators were dirty, overcrowded, and felt unsafe.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free."
