「I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The service was poor and the staff were not welcoming or helpful. The bellman seemed exhausted and unprofessional, which made the first impression uncomfortable. The bathroom was also in bad condition and did not feel clean or properly maintained. In addition, room service did not come daily as expected. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards of hospitality, and I would not recommend staying here...

All the families in our group has great comments as well. This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at this year during our many trips. Highly recommended!」

「New hotel with busted tile everywhere including the bathroom in our room. Sharp edges. Shower door bat was very loose and the reading lights didn't work. We also got the wrong room, 2 beds instead of 1 king. Go somewhere else.」
