Our trip was just one night before moving to another hotel as we messed up some of our bookings. The hotel is close to the train station and tons of restaurants around it too.

It has been one of the top tourist destinations in the commercial capital, Colombo as Gangarama Temple is located just next to Beira lake. I really recommend this place for you who are visiting Sri Lanka. Other than the religious background, it's a great place to capture some water birds as well.
