「The room was like a tiny box with hardly any room to move around. The bed was comfortable and the bedding of good quality. It looked old and tired. The outside of the room was very unappealing, shutters tightly shut and dirty paintwork, grubby is the right adjective. Breakfast was excellent. I understood when I made the booking that dinner was served at the hotel. This was not the case. Consequently, we had to go out to find somewhere to eat. Industrial estates don't have restaurants. We ended...

「The reception staff were very helpful and were happy to advise about places to eat, visit etc in the area. The room was clean, as was all areas of the hotel. There is a small bar area which serves snacks and drinks. There was a good continental breakfast serving bread, cheese, meat, yogurt etc. All in all a good stay in a modern hotel not too far from the D Day beaches and museums.」

「ideally placed great rooms」
