Very lovely stay, we arrived after 10pm and was greeted at the front desk by the helpful and friendly staff, whilst in the room we noticed they use paper cups instead of mugs for tea or coffee, would recommend using your own mugs luckly we took some with us plus the tea bags as they only have Earl Grey. Apart from that it was a very lovely quiet stay we all enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

Great place to stay

We used this hotel for a trip to the D-Day beaches, great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I would greatly recommend and stay there again. With a restaurant serving good food and close to the main road it’s a great combined package.

Good and not so great

The hotel is very convenient for the hospital and the staff pleasant and welcoming. However, the lighting in the room is poor and the shower tiny and awkward. The room also had no temperature control and was quite hot.

Hotel proche du tram donc facile d’accès. Le parking est grand donc pas de soucis pour se garer. L’accueil est chaleureux et irréprochable. La chambre était propre et bien équipée (sèche cheveux, défroisseur et fer à repasser disponible à l’accueil). Petit déjeuner consistant (la recette des oeufs brouillés peut être améliorée), autrement les produits sont très bons et qualitatifs

Rendez-vous manqué

Dommage,c’est un rdv manqué ça arrive… Il s’agit de notre 2 ème séjour au Carline et je dépose un avis en espérant que la Direction prenne des mesures au sujet des chambres réservées aux personnes avec handicap. En effet vraisemblablement car l’hôtel devait être complet nous nous sommes retrouvés avec mon épouse dans une chambre destinée aux personnes avec un handicap. Franchement c’est la double peine pour les personnes concernées. La salle de bain n’a rien à voir avec les « autres » SDB de l’hôtel. On se croirait dans les toilettes publiques du Auchan du coin.La douche attenante aux toilettes a un sol carrelés mais les joints sont sales moisis ,l’évacuation saturée (mais une raclette défraîchie est mise à disposition). De fait les peintures du plafond sont elles mêmes moisies . Pour couronner le tout le placard technique passe dans cette chambre et évidemment le placard ne peut pas se fermer. Je n’ai rien contre le principe d’occuper les chambres mais il faut au minimum qu’elles soient aussi bien que les autres ou alors le préciser et adapter le tarif ce qui ne semble pas le cas. En effet j’avais réglé directement Hôtel.com du montant de 104 euros (chambre + 2 petits déjeuners) et en arrivant la réception m’a demandé de régler la somme de 84 euros ? Je dis c’est dommage car l’hôtel est top, le personnel très accueillant (de la personne à l’accueil au serveur du restaurant) ils ont le sourire et sont vraiment efficaces. Le petit déjeuner est parfait et le dîner excellent.
