"We’ve stayed here before and conditions were much better. This time, Room 401, was atrocious. The A/C would not get the humidity out of the room no matter what the temperature setting. The Fan was set to AUTO but never shut off even though you could hear the compressor cycle. The sheets were “scratchy” which was another new problem. And to top it all off, worst of the problems, the toilet would “burp” water (and what was in it) out of the basin occasionally when attempting to flush. Since we were just there for one night, we cleaned it up ourselves. This doesn’t affect the room(s) but the carpet in the 4th floor hallway is filthy, stained and way overdue for a serious cleaning or replacement."

"The AC did not work for two nights in the hotel they refused to move me to another room. Hotel was very dirty and smelly. I asked for a refund and did not receive it!"

"Front desk clerks were rude, dismissive and inattentive."
