Newly renovated in a transitioning neighborhood, this unit features modern appliances, solid surface counter tops, and a 70" TV ready to stream your favorite personal accounts with our Roku guest log in. Comfortable king beds in both bedrooms. The unit is located on the Bryan side of campus, making it perfect for Aggie events OR for events across Bryan/College Station. Wkly/Mnthly Stays!

Walk straight down the road for 8 minutes and you run right into the Texas A&M campus. And you can literally see Kyle Field from the road out front.
1.1 mile walking distance to Kyle field. One block and you are on Welborn drive with easy access to downtown Bryan or Hwy 6 south to Santa’s Wonderland. Easy access to virtually anywhere in Bryan/College Station.

This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies.

Clean unit

The apartment itself was clean and furnished well. We were not a fan of location/surroundings, very run down and trashy. It was not as close to campus as we thought, specially if you are going to things on the other side of campus.

Another mom and I shared the Audrey for a Sorority Moms weekend. It was perfect for the space, location, and comfort of the 2 King size beds! It was very clean too. It is a very old building that has been updated on the inside. To fully disclose, the drive up appeal isn't great, but it definitely should not deter you from staying here. All communication was also excellent! Thanks for a great Weekend Stay!

Good place to stay, great proximity to Northgate, restaurants and campus for my daughters sorority Mom’s weekend…beds are super comfortable and liked having ceiling fans…decorated cute..plenty of complimentary toiletries, towels and wash cloths, toilet paper & paper towels, host is fast to respond to any messages sent…super easy check in process…recommend it..

This was a perfect meeting place for our college kids and us to stay the night. Lots of space and really enjoyed having the two king beds! The apartment is super cute and well-maintained. It was nice to be able to walk up to Northgate as well. The only negative was the noise-as we went to bed that night there was a loud party somewhere in the neighborhood and it went into the wee hours of the morning, so we got very little sleep. Not the fault of this property owners, but just beware that you were surrounded by a bunch of college kids and it can be a very noisy neighborhood on Friday nights!

Great Over Night Place!

We needed a quick over night stay to visit A&M on Saturday and it was perfect place for our 2 boys at a good price. We were able to walk down to the late night area on the north side of the campus and get a pizza. It is in a college townhouses area but don’t let that turn down this property. We felt very safe and again walking distance to the campus…

Property was easy to find with clear instructions for parking, access, etc. They provided everything you could want in the apartment. It was clean, nicely decorated and quiet. Much better option for travel with a teenager than getting 2 hotel rooms somewhere.

Great for Gameday !

The location of this property was ideal for Gameday. We easily walked to and from the stadium, which was so much more covenient than trying to fight traffic and deal with parking. We loved having a full kitchen, washer/dryer and our own guaranteed parking spot with the stay. Randy and Kelly were very responsive with any of our questions, and very accomodating to deal with. We look forward to staying again !

Overall very good

Overall, our stay was wonderful and the unit itself was very nice. The only downside was that the unit across from us had a party with booming music and lots of yelling. We ended up needing to let the owners know as well as call in a noise complaint. The police did come and so did the owner which we really appreciated. The owner did more than he needed to by staying around to make sure the party didn’t resume after the police left.

Short Stay

I booked Audrey for my daughter's NSC. It was the perfect place for us to come back to after a long day on campus. It looks just like the pictures! Comfortable and very well kept. There was more than enough space for the two of us to get ready in the morning without tripping over each other, and then to relax in the evening. Great tv and internet service, nice kitchen appliances and really comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again!
