Enjoy a stylish/fun experience at this centrally-located unit just a couple of blocks from the campus of Texas A&M University. This unit is on the Bryan-side of campus, so it is convenient to everything Bryan/College Station. With leather, reclining theater chairs, a custom kitchen, and comfy king beds, this may be (probably is) the best AirBnB in Aggieland. Park right out front and you can walk to your unit in just a few steps. Or walk a bit further and enjoy the restaurants at Northgate.

This apartment was very close to campus and looked exactly like the pictures. The host was extremely attentive and even responded and came over right away to fix something that had broken. The communication was awesome. The unit was close to a small strip mall that offered restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect Overnight Stay Near Campus!

We stayed one night while visiting our son at college and had a wonderful experience. The home was spotless, the check-in process was smooth, and communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful. Everything was just as described — clean, comfortable, and convenient. Eastwood Apartment

The hosts were very easy to communicate with. They mad the whole process very easy from check in to check out. The room was decorated in theme and the theater seat were a nice add. During our stay my teen daughter actually suggested we make a movie night during our one night stay and we bought popcorn and signed into Netflix's and had a great time. It is in a really convenient location close to the college, food and shopping. I would definitely recommend!

Great Game Day (Weekend) Stay!

We stayed here the weekend of the Lonestar Rivalry and it was perfect! The location was great because we could walk to Northgate and also to campus/Kyle Field so easily. We also had designated spots for parking making it even easier. The inside is just as it's pictured online. We loved the reclining cinema-style seats in the living room and had access to all the streaming apps on the smart TV (like YouTube for College Gameday!). They had extra blankets that came in handy on the couch and the beds were pretty comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again on another football weekend for sure!

Perfect Place for Our Trip

The apartment was just as pictured. It was minutes from Texas A & M which was perfect for our needs. We brought our puppy to the TAMU Small Animal Hospital for surgery. It was so nice to be so close and to have everything we needed in the apartment. We cooked all our meals in and truely enjoyed the kitchen and living room areas. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. It was so comfortable and nice. Then the king size beds made our sleeping so comfortable too. There was even a blow dryer in the bathroom and an ironing board and iron in the closet. It really helped make what would have been a stressful event seem more like a retreat. The neighborhood had a real college vibe and at first I was a little concerned. But, surprisingly, it was super quiet and comfortable. Plus, the location was perfect. It was so close to everything, right on the boundary between Bryan and College Station. It was a great place to stay!
