Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located second floor unit, just a few blocks from the Texas A&M campus. So close, you can walk to class, games, orientation, etc... The 2nd floor unit boasts the comfiest King Beds ever, with a full kitchen with a HUGE granite island countertop and new appliances. Because this unit is on the Bryan side of campus, it is convenient to all things Bryan AND College Station...and it includes parking right out front.

We are mere minutes away and love to help our guests. Please reach out if you need anything.

Walk straight down the road for 8 minutes and you run right into the Texas A&M campus. And you can literally see Kyle Field from the road out front.

One block and you are on Welborn drive with easy access to downtown Bryan or Hwy 6 south to Santa’s Wonderland. Easy access to virtually anywhere in Bryan/College Station.

This property was nicely updated and perfect for what we needed. We didn’t spend much time at the property, but it was nice and very clean. It was noisy on Friday night, which is understandable given it is close to the college. Overall, very nice!

College Orientation

We stayed here for a quick visit to College Station for my daughter’s orientation at TAMU. The apartment was lovely. The beds were very comfortable! We appreciated the cleanliness, the location, and the communication with the host. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautifully Redone Apartment!

This is a little hidden gem! Looks just like the pictures and very cozy and comfortable. You can definitely see the description of "transitioning neighborhood" when you drive up, but GREAT location and felt safe, no problem! I drive a Ford F350 long bed and the parking is a bit tight, but if everyone parks in their spot and straight, it's not a problem.The beds are definitely COMFY!! You can hear the music from Northgate, but didn't bother us. When you are up until 3am, not much is going to stop you from sleep. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place! We look forward to another visit!

The place was very clean & well decorated. Kitchen was ready for use. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice with great water pressure. They even supplied small items in the bathroom for convenience. There were grassy areas out front for our dog. While we only stayed one night, we created some nice memories there.
