「Towels were stained & dirty, no flat sheet on bed - only a fitted sheet & comforter, no extra bedding. No soap in bathroom, bathroom sink clogged and no coffee. Also - while not a problem for me, this unit is up a flight of stairs in case anyone has mobility issues.」
