「Good space. Clean. It is a basement unit at a home where the host lives, so there was some upstairs footsteps & activities that are heard down there. Everything was comfortable, but there’s no thermostat down there to adjust the temperature settings, do you are at the mercy of what the host has it set on.Overall good experience.」

「Overall, the stay was good. We didn’t know the basement also being rented out until we dug into the fine print. We only learned there were other guests in the basement from hearing their activity, then their smoke alarm going off from a cooking incident. The keyed locks on either side of the door gave us some peace of mind for privacy & safety, but it wasn’t ideal and felt a little awkward. Previous guests left vaping paraphernalia and tape covering smoke detectors. Some were not reachable, and...

「It’s tricky to find, since the only signage is up four stories, not street level. We had to do a few u turns to get into the parking lot. The breakfast was fine, with a number of options including eggs and pastries. The room was good but be careful in the shower. Something about the tub is off; maybe the bowl-shaped inside edges. Both of us almost tripped inside the shower due to losing footing due to curved edges.」
