"If I had to do the booking over again, I wouldn’t hesitate for even a minute. The price was excellent for the lodging. There were a few minor issues. The sprayer on the sink didn’t work, the drain in one of the two full baths was extremely slow, the towel holder in one bathroom was loose and ready to fall, and the fireplace remote didn’t work. I can live with those minor problems."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the villa was A+ and very clean! Only complaint was the check in process when getting the parking pass entailed an aggressive set of questions on how much we were paying and our plans for Sunday. I think this was an attempt to set up a tour which is not something we wanted. Not quite what we were expecting after a long day on the road and just wanting to get unloaded and settled. The resort and our stay though placed this resort as a go to when visiting my daughter. Such a unique setup and would definitely book again."

"Hotel is next to the visitor's center which was very convenient for catching the free shuttle bus to Colonial Williamsburg & the main reason I selected it. My only complaint is that there isn't enough seating after around 8:00 AM for all of the guests who take advantage of the included breakfast. There are tables outside but not useful if it's raining or cold outside. Two mornings my wife & I had to take our food to our room to eat it. The only morning we didn't have to do this was our last morning there when we ate shortly after the breakfast started."

"We stayed a night after spending the day at Busch! There were 5 of us, and we got two rooms and a couch bed. We paid what I would have at a hotel with two beds. This was nice, 2 separate rooms so our kids weren’t awaken by their father’s snoring. We slept well, everything was comfortable and very clean. We are planning on doing a week trip next year. It is so comfortable. And the amenities that we didn’t use (pools and spa) will be very nice to use next year."

"Liked that room was clean & had fridge & microwave, large bathroom with middle area that did not steam over so could see visibly, comfortable chair with slide table as well as desk & chair separate. Had plenty of room & hangers for hanging clothes. Loved had 2 spots for our luggage to keep off floor, usually that’s where my husband has to keep his. Only negative was out of ice on first 2 floors."

"I've stayed here 3 times and had mixed results. It is typically a great price for what you get, but there a a lot of units here and some have more privacy than others. This last time our unit was right next to the service area which always has action going on. I would have thought that would have been placed in a more remote area."
