The hotel was lovely and clean and staff were really helpful and polite. The room was lovely and spacious, the beds were comfy and had a lovely shower in the morning. Tea and coffee facilities provided in the room. Despite being in a built up area, it was quiet. Had to ask for a hairdryer as their not left in the room, but absolutely no problem getting one and I handed it back in on...
「The flight from London-Heahrow (BA) delayed 4.5 hours and my arrival time had to be after midnight (by a retail car), the receptionist was patiently waiting for my arrival and greeted me with a smile. This was great! I cannot find a word enough to express my mind of appreciation. Thank you very, very much.」
