「Great hotel. Extremely good value for money.」

「The staff was amazing. The fact that the outdoor pool was heated was a big surprise. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The window treatments need replaced. Wasn’t able to open the windows and there are two sets of curtains that are in rough shape.」

We did like the larger room with kitchen items, table, couch, good shower, two cup coffee maker. They had slow Tesla chargers that did not work on the Tesla App, but we did get it to work on other Apps after lots of research. The hotel staff were no help.」

「The curtains were ripped, socks and grabage from a previous guest still in the room. 45 mins after checking in the toilet in our room flooded the room. My kids refused to use the pool as they felt it wasnt sanitary. As a result of this we cancelled our booking at the Baymont in Billings」

「Here’s the deal. They only clean the room every other day. I am not sure why but they do. But even though it was cleaned every other day I had to call for supplies everyday. Shampoo and conditioner were both empty. Toilet wasn’t stocked. I had to call for towels. And there was no hot water in the shower. :(. They need to do cleaning everyday and stock the rooms. 」

「The staff were mostly helpful and very nice, specially the receptionist in the afternoon and the last at the breakfast. The room is just fine but the room service was not even. Do not stay in room 210 because of the noise of washing machine or something in the middle of the night.」

「The hotel is close to the I15. They allow dogs but the charge for a dog for a single night is atrocious at $100. We travel frequently with our dog and we often stay at Residence Inns. The usual fee is $25, up to $50, on the high end. I've never seen anything higher than $60, so $100, in our experience, is unheard of. We would have walked away but we'd already paid the non-refundable reservation as we were driving to Helena. We should have dug deeper to see the pet fee. Lesson learned! Our one...

「We enjoyed a very pleasant overnight stay on a chilly April night. The bed was very comfortable and the linens in good condition. New carpet and a sparkling bathroom were also highlights. Manager was very personable. Great value! We will stay there again.」
